Highly Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells and Photoelectrodes

Organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have become a rising star in the field of next-generation light harvesters for photovoltaics. Perovskite materials possess superior optoelectronic properties such as the high absorption coefficient, suitable bandgap, high carrier mobility, and large carrier diffusion length. Perovskite absorbers can also be implemented to tandem devices as photoelectrodes for photoelectrochemical water splitting. We are conducting relevant research such as development of highly efficient and stable perovskite based photoelectrodes as well as semitransparent solar cells for tandem devices.
